Flights on Ryanair's Boeings from Rzeszów to Alicante
From 3 April 2024, a flight connection will be launched to Spain from Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, operated by Ryanair.
- Alicante is another attractive destination that will be available by direct flight from Rzeszów next year. I hope that our long-term fruitful cooperation with the Irish carrier will bring us many more opportunities – notes Adam Hamryszczak, President of the Management Board of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport.
Ryanair's Boeing 737-800 aircraft will fly to Alicante twice a week. On Wednesdays, the plane will take off from Spain at 6:00 a.m., arriving in Rzeszów at 9:20 a.m. and, 25 minutes later, fly back to Alicante, where it will arrive at 1:10 p.m. On Saturdays, it will take off from Alicante-Elche International Airport at 6:05 a.m., arriving in Jasionka at 9:25 a.m., and take off 25 minutes later to fly back to Spain with scheduled arrival time at 1:15 p.m.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located 8 km from the centre of Alicante and 133 km south of the centre of Valencia, both of which are conveniently accessible by bus.
- Spain has been a much-loved destination for years. The region of Alicante is a great place to relax on the beaches of the Costa Blanca, or a starting point for exploration of the entire east coast. I am glad we can add yet another sunny destination and would like to congratulate the airport's management, which continues to expand its offer – adds Władysław Ortyl, Marshal of the Podkarpackie Province.
Ryanair currently offers flights to Dublin (Ireland) and Bristol, East Midlands, London Luton and Stansted (UK) and Manchester (UK). From April 2024, the budget Irish airline will also fly to Zadar (Croatia) and Alicante.
