Company info

The Podkarpackie Province and the State Enterprise „Porty Lotnicze" ["Polish Airports"] by signing a notary's act on 18 Dec. 2007 established a commercial company under the name of Port Lotniczy "Rzeszów-Jasionka" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością  ["Rzeszów-Jasionka" Airport limited liability company], in order to transfer to it the administration of the airport and the full use of of European Union funds. On 29.02.2024, the company changed its name to: Rzeszow Ulma Family Airport.

Capital structure:

• The Podkarpackie Province (51,96%)
• The State Enterprise „Polish Airports" (48,04%)

Share capital of 603 299 400 zł paid in full.
