For passengers who failed to apply for assistance to the carrier min. 48 hours prior schedule departure, "Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport prepared the application form, which every passenger in need of assistance should complete and send form, via e-mail: pomoc@rzeszowairport.pl or fax: +48 17 852 54 12
If you fail to request for assistance, we will make every effort to provide you with the expected support, however the waiting time might be extended.
